outfit inspiration | for in & after quarantine

Hello lovelies,

it's been awhile since I posted on the blog because I've been just super busy with graduating (soon high school is over!) and Instagram that I stopped focusing on writing new blog posts for a moment. But since the whole Corona thing happened, and I am stuck at home most of the time I thought it might be a good idea to start to blog again. Today, I thought I could start with some outfit inspiration, what my blog is basically about, but I chose outfits for both, quarantine at home and for whenever we get to get out of the house and life our lives again. For this post I got to work with FemmeLuxe to put together these looks!

   The first look I wanted to share with you is this simple but comfy loungewear set. I do not know about you but matching sets always get me and this one is perfect for chilling at home in front of the TV or working on your desk but still feeling and looking good. What I especially liked about this set is the bigger cut between the pants and the cropped top. It makes your body shape look stunning!

For the second look I combined the pants from look #1 with my favorite slippers for around the house and an oversized shirt. I honestly do not wear shirts that often but if I do it always has to be oversized. Great thing here is that the cut of the shirt is already oversized, so I did not have to go up with the size. For this outfit for being at home I knotted it up so it has a cropped look and the same effect as the shirt of my first outfit. Without the knot I think that the shirt has the perfect length for being worn over some cycling shorts. Also, the shirt has the words 'Baby Girl' written on it which makes it extra cute!

This dress I found while dreaming of the time whenever this weird phase is over and everything is starting to be safe again. Whenever all the public places reopen, and we are able to go out with our friends again and enjoy summer to the fullest, that is when I want to wear a dress like this one. A fashion lover can never have enough little black dresses in their closet and this one I especially liked for its lace sleeves and lovely cutout. I already see myself wearing it, hopefully, in the nearest future!

Last but definitely not least is my favorite look. It is this amazing dress in a pastel green and feels super nice on my skin. As I mentioned I will graduate this summer and with graduation normally your last prom follows. Sadly, that won't happen this year for me due the current situation. But seeing myself in this pretty dress makes me hopeful. Whenever the prom should be rescheduled or another event like that occurs I can see myself wearing such a dress. I always loved dresses in a cut like that and it makes me excited for all the great things which are going to happen whenever we get to live out lives again!

How do you like the looks?

Even though staying at home all the time and not getting to wear 'real' outfits that often any more I have a big love for loungewear and that helps a lot with feeling more comfortable. What is your feeling-good-look that help you through quarantine? And what are you doing all day long? I have thankfully (never thought I would say this) enough to study for at the moment which helps me to fill my daily schedule. Also, my Instagram takes up a lot of time a day, so I only get bored for half of the day (;

I hope you all stay safe and healthy and I will see you soon again here on my blog or on the Gram!

xoxo ally
